Audisel Key personnel, is assigned to the project for the duration, with support personnel being assigned according to schedule requirements. The project manger generates the internal schedule needed to meet the customer's requirements, and has the responsibility to meet it. The project manager provides customers with a single point of contact for all communications with Audisel., and for the resolution of all project problems.
Audisel. scheduling system is based upon the application of the critical path method, as described below:

Planning: The development of an accurate definition of the work to be performed, and the development of a critical path schedule showing the planned sequence of activities.

Implementation: During the implementation of the project, each responsible member of the team reviews the work-in-progress and schedules their work to ensure that the time and resources are available to perform the scheduled activities.

Feedback: The key to useful reporting is accuracy and timeliness. Periodic status reports are generated, showing actual versus planned progress.

Correction: The information provided in the status reports is reviewed to determine the status of the project. If any deviation from the planned status is detected, corrective action is taken to prevent or minimize impact on the overall project.
